Refund policy

At LensEVO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
• To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@lensevo-shop.store with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need a different model or strength, we will be happy to exchange your item (subject to stock availability).

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. 

Please note: For hygiene reasons, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
